It's hard to believe another year has gone by. Last year, I kicked off 2007 with my blog. Over the past year I have posted more than 150 entries. When I started, I really wasn't sure if I would keep it up for the year. Turns out I really enjoy blogging...
One of the first blogs I started reading was Ali's. For the past few years, she has picked a word to focus on throughout the year. I remember reading her blog entry last year about her word for the year. I thought about choosing one myself, and then I never got around to it. Well, this year I decided I would take Ali's annual one word challenge.
My word for 2008 is "transformation". I know it sounds kind of weird, but it just came together for me over the past few weeks. I have a good friend that I used to work with years ago and she started the Transformations Institute. I'm on her mailing list and I recently received their newsletter. Something about it just spoke to me. Later that same day the word came up again for me. I also like the following quote I found online;
